Discworld books by Terry Pratchett are wonderful! In Poland I bought 2 of them: Jingo and The Last Continent. I was amzed seeing that in Poland they translated every Discworld book, while in Italy there are only those belonging to the watch trilogy, Mort, Light Fantastic, The Colour of Magic and The Prodigious Maurice. It is a real shame!!!
I discovered last week the DiscworldMUD. It is an RPG based on them. It is free and runs in a sort of telnet, altough it now uses java. You can find it at http://discworld.atuin.net/lpc
In game I'm Xorgol. I still have to enroll in a guild and to choose to become a warrior a wizard (there are 6 classes, but I don't like very much the others).
